Please note carefully - This policy applies to bookings made directly with the motel.
Summer - A $25 cancellation fee per room booked is required. This is regardless of when the cancellation is made.
Winter - The first night's tariff is required at the time of booking. This amount will be required as a cancellation fee regardless of when the booking is made. When a booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, then the full amount of the booking is required.
Where bookings are made through travel agents and other internet providers, then the conditions of those providers will apply. In some instances, there is no refund on a booking.
