Where is Nettin Chalet located in Jindabyne?
 We are approximately 900 metres from Nugget’s Crossing and we are on the western side of town (closest to the snow).

Does Nettin Chalet have cooking facilities in the guests' rooms?
No, we have tea and coffee making facilities and all our winter prices include a full hot breakfast.

Do the rooms have fridges in them?
All rooms have fridges.

Can I get ski hire from Nettin Chalet?
We have a ski hire shop two doors away which offers a 15% discount off retail prices of ski hire to Nettin Chalet’s guests.

How far is Jindabyne from Thredbo and Perisher?
Jindabyne is about a 25 minute drive to either Thredbo or Perisher.

How far is Jindabyne from the Ski Tube?
Jindabyne is about a 15 minute drive to the Ski Tube

Will I need chains?
Generally not to the Ski Tube but it is compulsory to carry them in the National Park.

What types of ski tickets are available?
Lift only passes, lift and lesson passes and first-timers lift and lesson passes. All can be purchased for 2 day, 3 day or 5 day packages.

Can I use my ticket at either Perisher or Thredbo?
Tickets valid only at resort for which they were issued.  The National Park entry fee is valid for both resorts.

At what age do children have to buy an adult ski ticket?
15 years and over at both Perisher and Thredbo. Remember though, that Nettin Chalet’s Family-friendly policy allows children under 18 ( if still at school) to have children’s rates on accommodation.
